CAN I CHOOSE THE COLOUR OR BREED?

No two sheep fleeces are the same, a bit like yours and my hair, a sheep can produce a different fleece each year.   You can choose the breed of sheep if you would prefer a certain style or colour.  The colour and locks of the fleece depend on the breed, we do not use any dyes or chemicals.

Please contact us direct to discuss commissions, we can make an item as required depending on the choice of breed, fleece or size.  Being made from a natural product we can only handcraft from the fleeces available each year.

WHY NOT "SHEEPSKIN" RUGS?

​

We make vegetarian rugs, also called wet felted rugs, are so called because they are cruelty free, so suitable for vegetarians. The sheep lead a wonderful life in the Suffolk countryside growing a fleece each year for shearing and I make into wonderful individual rugs.  Many people still call these sheepskin rugs however each fleece is sheared annually so no sheep are harmed nor any skin involved!

DELIVERIES
 

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.  There is a flat rate P&P cost of £3.85 on orders under £50. Items in stock will be dispatched within three to five business days.  Commissioned items will be dispatched as agreed. For international orders please contact us for delivery times and costs.

 

RETURNS

Returns must be made within seven days of delivery.  Items must be returned as new with tags intact giving the reason for the return.  The buyer will be responsible for return postage.  If the buyer qualified for free postage the original P&P costs will be deducted from the refund value.

 

FAULTY GOODS
 

Faulty goods may be returned within your statutory rights.​

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
 

All items are produced using natural fibres.  From time to time shake to get rid of debris.  Blot any spillages immediately.  Do not rub.  Do not brush curly locks as they will frizz.  Seat pads are very comfortable and with high wear will become felted in areas, this is because fleece is a natural fibre and shows how well loved the items is.  Please only hand wash gently and air dry flat. Do not hoover any rugs or throws as this will destroy the product.
